  • Evans Police Station

    Evans officials are working to triple the size of their 25-year-old police department, after working to secure funding for the planned $35 million project. The plan is to build a 33,000-square-foot building on a 5-acre lot immediately south of the existing City Hall.

  • Arrowhead Open Space

    Construction on the new park in west Evans will begin this spring. The Arrowhead Open Space redevelopment will include trails, bike racks, a picnic shelter, planted and natural green space, scenic overlooks and open space along 37th Street and 47th Avenue at the western gateway to the city.
