Dallas-based Landsea Homes Corp. (Nasdaq: LSEA) has closed on the first 34 of 132 finished homesites in the new Cordovan community in Firestone.
Chick-fil-A Firestone
Groundbreaking for Firestone’s new Chick-fil-A should start in March 2025, with the restaurant being open by September 2025. The plan calls for a 5,913-square-foot restaurant, employing 25 to 35 people on the central lot between E. I-25 Frontage Road and Arbor Street.
Cobblestone Car Wash
Coming soon, drivers can wash their cars off Interstate 25 and Colo. Hwy. 119 in Firestone. The car wash will have 140-foot wash tunnel with 23 outdoor vacuum stalls. There will be three point of sale drive-thru lanes that merge into one lane that will stakc 10 cars before the entry into the wash tunnel.

A Primrose School is under development in the Oak Meadows Village in Firestone at the northeast corner of Firestone & Colorado boulevards. The 13,732-square-foot facility will hold up to 212 children at capacity when it opens later this year.
