517 S. Arthur Ave. flex building
The Beck Group has submitted plans for a 16,294-square-foot flex project on slightly less than an acre within the business campus at 517 S. Arthur Ave.
Summit at Steel Ranch
Steel Ranch Overlook LLC, an entity registered by local developer David Waldner to an office address in Longmont, and Toll Brothers Inc., has applied for entitlements to build 87 townhomes and rowhomes on 5.8 vacant acres at the southwest corner of Paschal Drive and Colorado Highway 42.

Redtail Ridge
Developers are planning mixed-use development on the roughly 430-acre Phillips 66 property along U.S. Highway 36 near Northwest Parkway in Louisville. Plans call for about 2.5 million square feet of commercial space with a mix of industrial, commercial and health-care uses. The site could be the future home of a new Avista Adventist Hospital.

North End final phase
Boulder developer Markel Homes Construction Co. is planning to build 38 new residential units across 13 multi-family buildings and 40,562 square feet of office and retail space in four commercial buildings. The broader North End community, which began development in 2006, will total about 250 units at completion.
