    BioMed Realty LLC’s proposed development at 1855 S. Flatiron Court in Flatiron Park envisions an innovation hub with three, three-story buildings encompassing more than 207,000 square feet. The project proposes demolition of two existing buildings that initially were developed in 1978. The project would be built in three phases.

    The former Alfalfa’s grocery store 1651 Broadway in Boulder is being converted into a multitenant building that will include a cafe and a Movement Climbing, Yoga and Fitness space. The property already includes a clinic for Boulder Community Health.

    Littleton Capital Partners is planning 66 units of multifamily housing and approximately 1,575 square feet of commercial space at the southeast corner of Griffith and Cannon streets.

  • The Range

    Chicagoland builder Kensington Development Partners has submitted preliminary plans to Lafayette officials that show Kensington’s intent to build about 650 multifamily rental units and roughly 150,000-square feet of commercial space at the unincorporated Boulder County site that it hopes will be annexed into Lafayette.

  • Redtail Ridge

    Developers are planning mixed-use development on the roughly 430-acre Phillips 66 property along U.S. Highway 36 near Northwest Parkway in Louisville. Plans call for about 2.5 million square feet of commercial space with a mix of industrial, commercial and health-care uses. The site could be the future home of a new Avista Adventist Hospital.

    Discovery Air has proposed an amendment to an approved site-development plan to complete construction of buildings A, B, C, F and G. Square footage once the project is complete will be 44,385 square feet of office space and 145,200 square feet of hangar space.
