Commercial half of Windsor Villages at Ptarmigan still developing
Although the residential half of the 100-acre master-planned Windsor Villages at Ptarmigan master-planned community is fully built out, most of the commercial half closer to the northeast corner of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 392 remains in active development.
