Denver-based Peak Development Group has won approval for a mixed-use development with an as-yet-unspecified number of residences south of Mead and west of Interstate 25. Ariet’s Grove, located south of Colorado Highway 66 and east of Weld County Road 7, is located in the 134.46-acre Kiteley Ranch annexation.
