Work underway in Loveland for Schmer Farm Marketplace
Evergreen Development, a regional commercial real estate developer, and the Schmer family Wednesday broke ground for Schmer Farm Marketplace, a 29-acre shopping center at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 34 and Rocky Mountain Avenue in Loveland.
