Velo Interlocken approved by Broomfield City Council

BROOMFIELD — The city council on Tuesday approved unanimously a plan to rezone and develop a 300-unit multifamily property on a vacant parcel nestled between U.S. Highway 36, Interlocken Loop and Colorado Highway 128.
