Indianapolis developer proposing 7-story apartment tower in downtown Greeley

GREELEY — An Indianapolis-based developer is planning to redevelop the former Gallery Furniture building at 1028 8th Ave. into a seven-story, 250-unit apartment tower, according to pre-application documents submitted to the city.
