Richmark Companies’ Triple Creek Development LLC has proposed a renewed use for this 72-acre plot of land that until now has been used as an oil and gas site. The project includes combination of open space, estate lots, single family detached, single family detached small-lot, and townhomes. The group’s most recently submitted plans are for Phase 1 of the four-phase development. Planning area No. 1 is 27.1 acres; No. 2 is 23.7 acres, No. 3 is 12.8 acres, and No. 4 is 8.9 acres, where the oil and gas development now sits. At present, the company is only are submitting for planning areas two and three prior to submitting Final Plat on phase one.
