The proposed project is a new housing development with eight attached units totaling 19,136 square feet located in the Interface Area. The proposed building is three stories tall, with the third story stepped back 15 feet from the property line. 75% of the site’s parking is located below ground with two surface spaces in the rear of the building accessed from the alley. Bike parking is located within the parking garage. The development brings housing to downtown Boulder with an outdoor pedestrian area for the use of the tenants and a landscaped courtyard.
