The New truss manufacturing facility located at 2322 South Denver Avenue, Fort Lupton will be a combination of a remodel of an existing 19,650 square foot office warehouse building into floor truss manufacturing plant. A new 45,000-square-foot roof truss manufacturing building will be constructed, as well. Plans also include building a new 6,250-square-foot storage shed on the entire 8.6-acre parcel.
