Erickson senior living Westminster
Baltimore-based Erickson Living Properties LLC, a national developer and operator of senior-living communities, is seeking approval for a series of land-use changes that would pave the way for construction of a project slated to include 1,350 independent living units and 135 assisted living and memory care units in Westminster.

Developers are considering a new studio hotel concept in Greeley that will provide 126 rooms in the Centerplace area. The project is being proposed by Highgate Hotels, based out of Texas.

Dr. Keith Van Tassell is opening a pediatric dental and orthodontics office in west Greeley. The 7,500-square-foot building is under construction at 1911 59th Avenue in the Fox Run neighborhood.
Timnath Landing (Timnath Lakes)
This 1,400-home community on 500 acres in Timnath is nearing full approval. The community will include trails, a 13-acre community park, lake access and a diversity of homes just north of Harmony and East of Main St.
Cobblestone Subdivision
While growth continues in northwest Greeley, developers have a plan to bring housing to to the southwest side of town with a new 472-lot residental subdivision immediately west of the UC Health Greeley hospital.

A 632-unit residential subdivision is planned in Erie south of Colorado Highway 52 and west of Weld County Road 3. The subdivision will be highlighted by many trails and outdoor spaces.
