Indiana-based multifamily residential developer The Garrett Cos. has submitted plans to Superior officials for a 350-unit multifamily project at 7500 88th St. According to town documents, the proposed development would include 20 two-story “townhome style buildings,” a four-story apartment building and a standalone clubhouse.
This new 216-acre development would include 1,383 resident units from multifamily to estate lots in the northwest side of Greeley south and west of Seeley Lake,
Trimble Hill is a planned 64-unit apartment complex situated at the mouth of the Big Thompson Canyon in west Loveland, just north of La Quinta Inn off of Cascade Avenue and U.S. Highway 34. The two-story buildings will each hold 16 1- to 2-bedroom apartment units.
