Louisville-based Boulder Creek Neighborhoods LLC has submitted to Boulder city officials preliminary plans for a new neighborhood called Arenna located on nearly three acres at 5469 and 5515 S. Boulder Road.The project, planning documents show, calls for 35 homes, which would include 16 two-story, market-rate townhomes of roughly 1,400 to 1,800 square feet; seven three-story, market-rate two- and three-plex units of about 2,500 to 3,300 square feet; and a dozen three-story three-plexes that would range from about 1,200 to 1,500 square feet and would be set aside for residents who earn between 100% and 120% of the area median income. on Facebook on LinkedIn
