Scott Jensen and Rocky Mountain Redev LLC, based out of Broomfield, has proposed a planned unit development of 126 single family homes, containing 62 detached lots and 64 attached row-style homes on an 18.9-acre lot east of Northrup Avenue, north of Fulton Ditch and south of Willow Crossing. The property is just north of the Coyote Creek Golf Course.
