Thermo Farms General Partnership, LLC is planning to build more than 400 residential units on the northeast side of town in a newly annexed property east of the Willow Bend Subdivision. Lancaster Crossing is located on roughly 91 acres south of Weld County Road 16 and west of Weld 31. The city council of Fort Lupton approved the annexation of the property into town in October 2024. Proposed uses will include 209 single family units including 28 alley loaded product and 200 multi-family units.
