Overland 368 is a planned development that will bring almost 800 more living units to Windsor. The Windsor Town Board on Feb 10 approved of moving the zoning to allow residential in single-family, townhomes and multi-family apartments. The project is just west of Colorado Highway 257, east of 15th Street, norther of Great Western Railway. Formerly known as Blue Sky Farms, the 173-acre project calls for 770 total units: 520 single-family attached and detached homes, and 250 multi-family units. on Facebook on LinkedIn on Bluesky
