Sugar Mill Station

10012 N. 119th St. in Longmont
March 29, 2025 Submit an Update
For the better part of a century, a factory off Colorado Highway 119 on the east side of Longmont pumped out hundreds of million pounds of sugar — processed from beers — every year. Abandoned in the 1970s, the plant and surrounding property have since sat idle, growing increasingly decrepit by the day, but that could soon change. Sugar Mill Station, centered around 10012 N. 119th St., is an important first step toward “revitalization” of the broader factory site. A proposal calls for 330 units spread across 11 buildings. Units would include one to three bedrooms and would be sized from 750 square feet to 1350 square feet on Facebook on LinkedIn on Bluesky
