The UNC Board of Trustees in August 2024 approved the certificates of participation to be issued by the state to fund $127.5 million of the $200 million College of Osteopathic Medicine. The project started with a demolition of Bishp-Lehr Hall at the corner of 11th Avenue and 20th Street in Greeley.
