Ogilvie Properties has proposed a 192-unit aparment and townhome complex in west Greeley in what is called Union Crossing. The project is located on an 8-acre parcel on the now vacant HP property at 69th Avenue and 10th Street. Commercial uses are planned for the lots lining 10th Street, but the apartment complex will be further north on the property. The proposed development plans a 192-dwelling unit community containing six three-story apartment buildings and two townhome buildings containing a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2- bedroom and 3-bedroom dwelling units. The proposal also includes a 3,200-square-foot clubhouse with a clubroom, fitness area and yoga studio, co-working spaces, and a leasing lobby. The plan also calls for a 3,200-square-foot pool. The proposal includes six, three-story apartment buildings, and two townhome buildings. Buildings include six 3-story residential apartment buildings and two townhome buildings. The apartment buildings will have 96 one-bedroom, 75 two-bedroom, and nine three-bedroom units while the townhome buildings contain 16 three-bedroom units. on Facebook on LinkedIn on Bluesky
