Housing Catalyst is redeveloping several properties off of Impala Drive. The project includes four new apartment buildings, as well as renovation of 12 existing duplexes. An affordable-housing project just south of Poudre High School, the development would add 62 new units and renovate the existing 24 units already on the site.
