Strata is a 420-acre mixed-use, master-planned community in Dacono east of Interstate 25, south of Colorado Highway 52 and north of Weld County Road 12.
Sweetgrass, by the Dacono Development Co., is west of Weld County Road 11, south of Weld County Road 10 and east of Interstate 25. Homes in the subdivision are expected to run from $285,000 to $500,000.
The Dacono City Council in June unanimously approved the Grandview subdivision’s preliminary plans at the northwest corner of Holly Street (Weld County Road 15) and Grandview Boulevard (Weld County Road 12).
