Westside Property Investment Co. has proposed annexing almost 300 acres into the City of Fort Lupton to market it as a light-industrial area to include data centers, warehousing and manufacturing.
The Fort Lupton City Council recently approved of the final filing of Murata Farms west of Weld County Road 29.5 and south of Colorado Highway 52.
Located just a mile east of U.S. Highway 85, Vista Meadows will soon be a residential subdivision with several designs for a total buildout of 23 residential estate lots, 333 single-family detached lots and 56 single-family attached residential units.
