Overland 368 is a planned development that will bring almost 800 more living units to Windsor. The Windsor Town Board on Feb 10 approved of moving the zoning to allow residential in single-family, townhomes and multi-family apartments. A family-run Loveland grocery store will soon be opening in the East Point Commercial Center in Windsor. The Esh family, which has owned Esh’s Market in Loveland for 22 years, has purchased a site in the marketplace at the corner of Colorado Highway 257 and Colorado Highway 392 as an anchor property.
The Human Bean of Northern Colorado has submitted plans to build a drive-thru and walk-up coffee shop next to High Hops Brewery off Colorado Highway 392.
The new King Soopers represents a $43 million investment into the building’s construction, and a total economic benefit of $22.56 million to the town. The Windsor Police Department is getting a new $30 million police headquarters.that’s more than double the size of its current facility. Ground was broken in August 2023 for the new 43,000-square-foot building at 960 N. 15th St., which will replace a 15,715-square-foot building at 200 N. 11th St. when it opens in early 2025.
