The Windsor Town Board on Feb 10 approved of moving the zoning to allow residential in single-family, townhomes and multi-family apartments. A family-run Loveland grocery store will soon be opening in the East Point Commercial Center in Windsor. The Esh family, which has owned Esh’s Market in Loveland for 22 years, has purchased a site in the marketplace at the corner of Colorado Highway 257 and Colorado Highway 392 as an anchor property.

The new King Soopers represents a $43 million investment into the building’s construction, and a total economic benefit of $22.56 million to the town. The project involves a minor subdivision which proposes seven commercial lots, five of which are for future retail pad sites. The east store is expected to be operational in 2026.
