Freddy’s Frozen Custard breaks ground in Windsor

WINDSOR — Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers broke ground on a new restaurant in Windsor this week, contractor McCauley Constructors announced in a news release.  The restaurant will be located in the Eastpointe Shopping Center at the intersection of Colo.
