Integra Land Co., a Florida-based multifamily builder that has a Denver office, has submitted plans for a 312-unit apartment complex on nearly 12 vacant acres at 11700 Ridge Parkway. The project, referred to in city planning documents as Integra Broomfield, would include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, most of which would be market-priced at an estimated $1,700 to $3,100 per month.
