Broomfield landowner seeks residential zoning on all-commercial tract near RMMA
The owner of a tract of land in Broomfield’s Interlocken business park and near the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is pursuing a land-use change that would allow developers to build homes on about 13 vacant acres that are now zoned only for commercial and industrial uses.
