A development team led by Fieldhouse Partners LLC has submitted preliminary plans to Louisville planners for an indoor athletics facility at 1212 96th St. The site, located on about 5.4 acres within Louisville’s St. Louis Parish and Commercial Park General Development Plan area, “was previously assumed to include a 20,000 square-foot church, a 600- student private school, about 6,500 square feet of office space, and about 56,416 square feet of tennis courts,” according to a memo from the development team, which refers to the sports facility as the Boulder Innovation Center Indoor Soccer Fields project. “The currently proposed land use is to replace the previously assumed tennis courts with an 80,000 square-foot indoor soccer facility with three fields.” on Facebook on LinkedIn
