Fairfield at Arista is planned to consist of 386 market-rate units on 12.59 acres. There are plans for 14 multiunit apartment buildings with a combination of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The apartment buildings include tucked-under garage parking spaces. Carports and surface parking are located throughout the site. Bicycle parking and a bike repair shop are also provided.
