  • Respite Care

    A groundbreaking is planned for a new, bigger home in Timnath for Respite Care Inc., a nonprofit that provides short-term care for children with developmental disabilities and respite for their families.

  • 7-Eleven

    This proposed 7-Eleven convenience store and fueling station will take the place of the vacant Red Lobster restaurant at U.S. 34 Bypass and 23rd Avenue.

  • Rockies Apartments

    After years of delays, apartments that were previously scheduled to be built in a vacant lot in downtown Greeley are finally moving forward. The developer has submitted plans to build five 10-unit, one- to three-bedroom apartments in a vacant lot off 1913 5th St.

  • Wells Fargo

    Wells Fargo had planned a branch bank at the corner of 69th Avenue and 10th Street directly east of the McDonald’s and north of Greeley’s westernmost retail shopping center. It will be the third bank in that general area.

  • 9th Street Laundry

    A new owner of the former 50-year-old laundromat at 12th Avenue and 9th Street in Greeley has demolished the building to replace it with a more modern, energy efficient laundromat that will be almost double the size of the original.

  • Chick-fil-A Firestone

    Groundbreaking for Firestone’s new Chick-fil-A should start in March 2025, with the restaurant being open by September 2025. The plan calls for a 5,913-square-foot restaurant, employing 25 to 35 people on the central lot between E. I-25 Frontage Road and Arbor Street.

  • Cobblestone Car Wash

    Coming soon, drivers can wash their cars off Interstate 25 and Colo. Hwy. 119 in Firestone. The car wash will have 140-foot wash tunnel with 23 outdoor vacuum stalls. There will be three point of sale drive-thru lanes that merge into one lane that will stakc 10 cars before the entry into the wash tunnel.

  • JBS Hangar

    JBS USA is investing millions in the city of Greeley, with three major projects, the latest being a new airport hangar at the Greeley-Weld County Airport. The global company has planned a new 31,000+ square foot hangar at the airport.

  • Vista Meadows

    Located just a mile east of U.S. Highway 85, Vista Meadows will soon be a residential subdivision with several designs for a total build-out of 23 residential estate lots, 333 single family detached lots and 56 single family attached residential units. The entire project will be built out by 2029.

  • Homestead Way flex buildung

    A roughly 66,000-square-foot flex-industrial building is planned for Boulder’s Gunbarrel neighborhood.The two-story, 40-foot-tall building is proposed for a nearly nine-acre vacant site south of Winchester Circle in the Gunbarrel Tech Center, according to Boulder planning documents, which list FM Capital Management LLC as the owner and RVP Architecture as an applicant.   • Lancaster Crossing

    Thermo Farms General Partnership, LLC is planning to build more than 400 residential units on the northeast side of town in a newly annexed property east of the Willow Bend Subdivision.
