Referred to in Broomfield planning documents as Park Street Pickleball, the project is planned for a nearly half-acre lot at 8320 Park St. The “plan includes a new building totaling approximately 7,635 square feet, consisting of three indoor pickleball courts (6,520 square feet) and approximately 1,115 square feet of ancillary uses,” according to a memo from development team to city planners. “These ancillary spaces include a reception area, a juice bar, two restrooms, a seating area, and a cubby storage area.” The project applicant is 8320 Park LLC, an entity registered to the Superior address of homebuilder Colson Builders.  on Facebook on LinkedIn
