ZeroZeroTwo, a Fort Collins based pickleball investment group, has agreed to purchase a 36,000-square-foot building at 4401 Innovation Drive in Fort Collins. The site will host 11 indoor and 6 outdoor courts meeting or exceeding Professional Pickleball Association guidelines and specifications. Neil Bellefeuille, partner at ZeroZeroTwo said, “Larger court space, combined with superior surfaces, will allow for a much better playing experience and for professional events to be hosted at the venue.” The venue will be open in late summer of 2025, and will feature open play, leagues, tournaments, professional instruction, club/ team play and light grab and go fare. on Facebook on LinkedIn on Bluesky
