Developer and owner Tri Pointe Homes, represented by Dan Galasso, is expected to build 68 attached single-family homes. The parcel also includes a 6-acre lot set aside for future commercial use, according to a Firestone staff report.
The original owners of the property, the Hamiltons, propose to develop Hamilton Heights into a seven-block subdivision with 122 single-family homes, reserving one lot for a future commercial use.
Dallas-based Landsea Homes Corp. (Nasdaq: LSEA) has closed on the first 34 of 132 finished homesites in the new Cordovan community in Firestone.
