Guardian Storage LLC plans to expand its South 76th Street operation in Superior to include a new, for-sale type of storage unit that can serve as office, distribution or warehouse space for small businesses.

Bigsby’s Folly Winery & Restaurant, which operates in Denver’s River North neighborhood, plans to build a second location in Superior with 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 2,000-square-foot rooftop patio with views of the Flatirons.
