Koelbel and Co. has submitted conceptual plans for an affordable-housing community within the Denver-based developer’s Centennial Valley Business Park in Louisville.  The 100 unit, 100% permanently affordable rental housing development is proposed on 2.8 vacant acres near Centennial Parkway and Century Place. Those apartments, all built in one building, would consist of 65 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 11 three-bedroom units, according to Louisville planning documents. on Facebook on LinkedIn
