Local developer Markel Homes Construction Co. plans to build a predominantly residential project in a mostly commercial part of Boulder near the Boulder Municipal Airport. The project, referred to in Boulder planning documents as both Lakecentre and Boulder Multifamily Airport Boulevard, calls for “170 attached dwelling units, a community building, and approximately 10,000 square-feet of office and restaurant space” on about 4.3 acres at 5450 Airport Blvd.  on Facebook on LinkedIn
