A new 3,700-square-foot beer garden and restaurant on one of the few remaining vacant parcels in the Arista master-planned community. It would be located adjacent to the Amli Arista apartments and the 1st Bank Center. The beer garden would be designed to serve local craft beer and craft spirits with a resident local chef and kitchen, plus space for food trucks outside. The project would feature indoor and outdoor seating, with open space outside for yard games.
