  • The Reservoir apartments

    Indiana-based multifamily residential developer The Garrett Cos. plans to build a 224-unit garden-style apartment community at 245 Bountiful Ave. in Longmont, near the Costco Wholesale Corp. (Nasdaq: COST) warehouse store.  The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be spread across one four-story and 10 two-story buildings designed by architect Humphreys & Partners.

  • North Westerly

    Southern Land Co./ and Erie Land Co., plan to build on the momentum of their earlier development called Westerly.   • Evans Police Station

    Evans officials are working to triple the size of their 25-year-old police department, after working to secure funding for the planned $35 million project. The plan is to build a 33,000-square-foot building on a 5-acre lot immediately south of the existing City Hall.

  • Alta Flatirons

    The 251-unit Alta Flatirons building on a roughly 3-acre site in Downtown Superior near the intersection of Main Street and McCaslin Boulevard will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with interiors designed in the “Japandi” style.

  • Martin apartments

    The four-building project will eventually feature 200 units — a second phase is set to wrap up construction in December — that include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each building is about 58,000 square feet and the clubhouse is 6,388 square feet.

  • SPL Labs

    Owners of a building at 3115 31st St. in southwest Greeley have proposed building a additiona 6,540 square feet to an existing building. SPL Labs is the planned tenant, which includes providing environmental testing and lab work for the energy and environmental industries.

  • High Pointe Hills Subdivision

    High Pointe 52 LLC has filed plans to build a 675-unit subdivision on the eastern edge of Fort Lupton. The subdivision is planned to have 459 homes of varying sizes and 216 apartment units. A 6.3 acre swath lining Colorado Highway 52 is reserved fo commercial development along the northern edge of the subdivision.

  • 5600 Airport Blvd. residential

    Property owners W.W. Reynolds Cos. and architect Coburn Development Inc. have submitted plans for 5400 Airport Blvd., a roughly 8-acre that currently houses several commercial buildings and is surrounded by LakeCentre business park, that include 203 apartments and 4,000 square feet of amenity space across seven three- and four-story buildings, according to a Boulder planning…
