“The Shores on Plum Creek is a large subdivision which includes mostly single-family homes and future areas for commercial and multifamily. The maximum residential units permitted per the proposed PDP (Preliminary Development Plan) is 1,100 dwellings. This includes 700 single-family dwelling units, 300 multifamily units and 100 assisted-living units. The maximum commercial square footage proposed in the PDP is 400,000. The Preliminary Plat proposes 505 single-family residential lots,” according to Frederick planning documents. on Facebook on LinkedIn
