Town board to hear Berthoud project despite planners’ rejection

Developers of a proposed mixed-use project along the north side of Mountain Avenue in west Berthoud say they will present their plan to the town’s Board of Trustees despite Thursday night’s 3-2 vote by the Berthoud Planning Commission to reject their neighborhood master plan.

Berthoud planners to eye revised Revere project

Berthoud town planners this week will get a look at a revised plan for Babcock Land Corp. ‘s proposed 38.3-acre Revere development on the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 287 and Mountain Avenue, a project that generated some emotional public opposition during the Planning Commission’s April 11 meeting.
