Tri Pointe Homes plans 68 townhomes in Firestone’s Denmore neighborhood
Developer and owner Tri Pointe Homes, represented by Dan Galasso, is expected to build 68 attached single-family homes. The parcel also includes a 6-acre lot set aside for future commercial use, according to a Firestone staff report.
