Berthoud-based TB Group plans to build up to 623 housing units in the Lakeview development on 155.9 vacant acres at the corner of Lake Shore Drive and Boyd Lake Avenue, east of Northern Colorado Regional Airport. The proposal calls for a mix of unit types, varying from four to 10 units per acre.
