This is the third of three filings for the 72 acres of Murata Farms south of Colorado Hwy. 52 and Weld County Road 29.5 in Fort Lupton, this small pocket of the development is planned for 50 paired homes (duplexes) of 1,600 to 2,100 square feet in size.
Plans call for a two-story 8,710-square-foot building with suites for four tenants and a small support office/mezzanine space.
