  • Strauss Lakes Development

    After almost five years in the planning stages, developers of the Strauss Lakes overall development plan has submitted a third application to build at least 650 single-family homes and 120 multifamily units at the northeast corner of Horsetooth and Ziegler Roads. The plan is to connect this neighborhood with the Poudre Trail.

  • The Ellory

    The Ellory is a 280-unit luxury multifamily development in Timnath that will be completed through the end of 2026. The development has a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, complete with a gym, a yoga studio, co-working spaces and private zoom rooms for remote workers.

  • Park Street Pickleball

    Referred to in Broomfield planning documents as Park Street Pickleball, the project is planned for a nearly half-acre lot at 8320 Park St. The “plan includes a new building totaling approximately 7,635 square feet, consisting of three indoor pickleball courts (6,520 square feet) and approximately 1,115 square feet of ancillary uses,” according to a memo…

  • Club Car Wash

    National car wash chain Club Car Wash has planned its second location in Greeley, after entering the Colorado market in 2024. The car wash is planned to be located next to a planned convenience store in the Two Rivers Marketplace in Greeley.

  • Novera Commerce Center

    Three flex-industrial buildings expected to total about 380,000 square feet are being proposed by Opus Development Co., a Minnesota-headquartered company with a Denver office, for a vacant, roughly 28-acre tract in Westminster near the northeast corner of West 138th Avenue and Huron Street.

  • Rally Park

    Rally Park will be located on nearly 11 acres of currently undeveloped land north of West 160th Avenue and east of Sheridan Parkway with Realberry’s Baseline development.

  • Knudson Flex Building

    The Knudson Flex Building, proposed for a nearly eight-acre site at 10355 W 120th Ave., “will be 36 feet-tall and approximately 122,000 square feet with loading docks on the east and west elevations,” planning documents show. “Anticipated uses for the building include light industrial, office and warehousing uses.”

    Integra Land Co., a Florida-based multifamily builder that has a Denver office, has submitted plans for a 312-unit apartment complex on nearly 12 vacant acres at 11700 Ridge Parkway.   • Rock Ridge Apartments

    A Michigan-based developer has plans to add another 700+ apartments to the southern edge of Greeley along U.S. 34 Bypass between 59th and 65th Avenues. The plan is for 21 buildings, wiht detached garages, a clubhouse, a pool, a dog park and more amenities.
