Boulder developer Markel Homes Construction Co. plans to build Coal Creek Village on about 11 acres at the southwest corner of East South Boulder Road and Colorado Highway 42. Plans call for “188 dwelling units and 13,534 square feet of commercial space,” planning documents show. “The 188 dwelling units include 60 townhomes, 96 apartments, and 32 ‘micro-townhome units,’ which are defined by the applicant as 350-400 square-foot homes designed to be offered at ‘attainable’ rates.” on Facebook on LinkedIn on Bluesky
