Indiana-based multifamily residential developer The Garrett Cos. plans to build a 224-unit garden-style apartment community at 245 Bountiful Ave. in Longmont, near the Costco Wholesale Corp. (Nasdaq: COST) warehouse store.  The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be spread across one four-story and 10 two-story buildings designed by architect Humphreys & Partners.
